The steward's covenant: committee contributors arrive Nov 1–2, help build & hold the space, and receive a free Devcon ticket (travel & accommodation are their own). Performing itself is voluntary and does not include a ticket — tickets are confirmed only for those who commit ahead. “A community-built stage — we're counting on stewards to help bring it to life, not just perform on it.”
