Open Source Orchestra ร trustgraphs ยท building in the open
Every jam is a vouch. Trust flows outward from the founding circle, provable by anyone, ownable by no one. A living sketch of Jake Hartnell's trustgraphs playing the Open Source Orchestra.
"The artist signs the truth; the community proves the trust โ and the circle grows in thirds." 3ยท6ยท9
tap two musicians to make them vouch for each other โ watch the trust flow ๐
The circle is built off THIRDS โ in every sense the orchestra knows. Three seeds hold the 3ยท6ยท9 flux triangle at the center: Shaka at 3, Matteo at 6, Manu at 9. The next six chairs sit on the doubling circuit 1โ2โ4โ8โ7โ5 โ the melody path that never touches 3, 6 or 9, circling them forever like a song around its chord. Outer rings grow nine at a time.
And a jam is a triad: three musicians, three vouches, a triangle โ because a chord is stacked thirds, and a triangle is the smallest circle of trust. Digital roots always return to 9: however large the orchestra grows, the circle stays whole. 3๏ธโฃ6๏ธโฃ9๏ธโฃ
After a jam, musicians vouch on-chain: "I played with this human โ they showed up, they listened." Each vouch is a public attestation (EAS) โ an edge in the graph above.
Trust-Aware PageRank lets trust flow outward from the founding seeds. The more real, trusted paths reach you, the brighter you glow. This page runs the real algorithm live.
No operator computes the scores. Anyone can โ and a zero-knowledge proof (SP1) convinces the chain the computation used every vouch, exactly. Correct scores, or no proof at all.
The proven scores suggest superfan chairs in the songbook, weight community decisions, and could someday rotate the orchestra's keys โ all without a gatekeeper.
Each artist appoints up to 96 ranked superfans (golden-ratio weights) to correct machine-drafted charts. The artist signs the truth โ always, cryptographically, forever.

The community's own vouches reveal who has actually earned trust โ Sybil-resistant, operator-free, verifiable by anyone. The community proves the trust.

Trust scores suggest who has earned a superfan chair; the artist still appoints every one. Community wisdom flows in, artist sovereignty stays sacred โ invariant untouched. And because seeds anchor the graph, an open orchestra can stay radically open: a thousand bots vouching for each other are just a dark island no real edge reaches.
The orchestra's trust graph won't be minted in a boardroom. It gets minted on stage โ at the Music Space at Devcon 8, Mumbai, Nov 3โ6 2026. Every session ends the way every session already ends โ people who just made music together โ and now that moment becomes an edge in the founding graph. Play, then vouch. The circle grows one jam at a time.
"You don't join the Open Source Orchestra. You notice you were always in it โ and now you can prove it." ๐บ
