Mixer board with open channels — how many channels, nobody has told us yet (after 4 pm the board is shared/open for anyone).
Mics: SM57 / SM58 (vocal + instrument) and ambient mics.
One 6.35 mm (¼") jack on the floor for instruments.
PA (the room's speakers).
Nothing else is confirmed. Monitors, DI boxes, a keyboard, a DJ deck, power strips, tables: all still open questions — see below.

❓ Still missing / open

Which console → which connector. Then: does the board have a free RCA input, or do we need an RCA → 2 × ¼" (or RCA→XLR) cable? Ask him to pack one as backup — it costs nothing and saves the set.
