Her words (27 Oct): "4 separate mono outs on ¼" (6.35 mm)" — these are four separate mono sends, not two stereo pairs. Four faders, four channels. Her earlier application said 2 line inputs; the 4 is the current number.

Mixer board with open channels — how many channels, nobody has told us yet (after 4 pm the board is shared/open for anyone).
Mics: SM57 / SM58 (vocal + instrument) and ambient mics.
One 6.35 mm (¼") jack on the floor for instruments.

Nothing else is confirmed. Monitors, DI boxes, a keyboard, a DJ deck, power strips, tables: all still open questions — see below.

❓ Still missing / open

🚨 4 line inputs on ¼" (6.35 mm). The house list mentions one jack on the floor. She needs four. If the board's inputs are XLR-only, we need 4 × ¼"→XLR (TRS→XLR) cables or 4 DI inputs — and somebody has to own that.
A table, approx. 120 × 60 cm. Non-negotiable for a modular set: the synths have to sit somewhere.
At least 3 power outlets at the table (her number).
Stereo PA — she asked for it by name; that's the house PA, should be fine.
🚨 A soundcheck before she plays. She asked for one. Her slot starts at 9:50a and the OSO ambient set runs 9:30–9:50 — so her line check has to happen before 9:30, i.e. in the daily morning reset. Please schedule it.
A monitor — she didn't ask, but a 4-channel electroacoustic set needs to hear itself. Ask her.

The clearest rider on the floor, because she wrote it herself. The only unknowns are on our side: four jack inputs, a table, three sockets, and a line-check slot before the room opens.
