Root + fifth = power chord

A power chord is the simplest strong thing in music: the root and its fifth, nothing else — and suddenly the melody has weight. The orchestra had its melody: songs given away, circles at Devcon, every voice a node. Jake is the fifth. His lane is the trust layer — the mathematics of who vouches for whom, proven so cleanly that nobody has to take anyone's word for the word-taking itself.

The orchestra met Jake on a Colorado mountain night in August 2026 — and started building with him that same night, in the open, where all real jams happen.

Jake is a veteran shipwright of decentralized worlds: co-founder of Stargaze (the interchain NFT protocol), Juno (the CosmWasm incubation zone), DAO DAO (DAO tooling used across the interchain) and Layer. And in his newest work's own acknowledgements, the humility the orchestra recognizes as its own: "Many people have worked on trust graphs over the years; the idea is part of a wider scenius… We are grateful to all who came before."

trustgraphs turns a community's web of vouches into reputation scores anyone can verify and fake accounts can't inflate — no trusted operator, just a zero-knowledge proof. Members vouch, trust-aware PageRank scores, an SP1 proof makes the math unfalsifiable, and governance weight or reward splits consume the proven root. Sybil bot-armies vouching for themselves stay islands no trusted edge ever reaches.
